About The Position
Our Residential Services Aide (RSA) assists the clinical team in providing non-clinical care and services to our consumers/patients. RSA's provide supervision and encouragement with grooming care, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and assist and engage patients to attend/participate in activities. The RSA may assist with facility health programs and participate in care plan conferences.
Requirements
- Experience with the memory care and mental health population
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED)
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- CNA training is a plus but not required
