Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities.
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management software.
Reliable, professional, and committed to continued growth in the trade.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems.
Perform plumbing inspections, maintenance services, repairs, replacements, and installations.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners.
Provide honest solutions that help customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.
Maintain accurate job documentation using company systems and technology.
Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
