Elevate Home Services is seeking client-focused Plumbing Service Technicians for their Fort Myers Market. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues thoroughly, communicating clearly, building trust with homeowners, and confidently recommending solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term value. This role is a good fit for a plumber comfortable talking with clients, presenting options, and helping people make informed decisions without being pushy. Sales experience in a consultative manner is valued, as is the ability to educate homeowners and build trust. Requirements
- At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to present options clearly and honestly
- A proven ability to build trust and deliver a great client experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing development
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems (water, sewer, gas)
- Perform installations, repairs, and system inspections with a high level of quality and care
- Identify system concerns, performance issues, and safety risks, then clearly explain findings to clients
- Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options to help homeowners make informed decisions
- Evaluate full plumbing systems in the home and educate clients on improvements and solutions
- Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication and professionalism
- Document all work accurately for invoicing and client records
- Follow all company processes, safety standards, and applicable plumbing codes
