Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Interest in a long-term career in sales
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Willingness to relocate to the market area in the US

Responsibilities

Participate in an 8-10 week sales training program at headquarters in northwest Georgia.
Engage in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, and corporate networking.
Deliver professional presentations.
Apply learned skills in a sales location throughout the US as a Territory Manager.
Learn best practices and gain hands-on, on-the-job training.
Build customer satisfaction through relationship-driven, people-first approaches.
Influence others with strong communication and presentation skills.
Execute action plans by achieving goals and solving customer challenges.
Adapt to new situations and demonstrate eagerness to learn.
Initiate action, travel, and work independently.
