Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• Interest in a long-term career in sales
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Willingness to relocate to a market area in the US

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 8-10 week sales training program at headquarters in northwest Georgia, including team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, and professional presentations.
• Apply learned skills in a sales location throughout the US as a Territory Manager.
• Learn best practices and gain hands-on, on-the-job training.
• Build Customer Satisfaction through relationship-driven, people-first environments.
• Influence Others with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Execute Action Plan by achieving goals and solving customer challenges.
• Adapt to new situations and eager to learn.
• Initiate Action by being comfortable traveling and working independently.
