As a Residential Roofing Project Manager, you will be the key liaison between the company, our construction crews, and the client. This is a demanding, hands-on role focused on quality control, site management, immediate problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- This position requires the use of a personal pickup truck for transporting tools, materials, and supplies to job sites.
- Prior experience as an outside project manager for residential shingle roofing is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the job site remains clean throughout the project lifecycle.
- Confirm that construction crews adhere to correct construction methods and safety protocols.
- Actively safeguard the client's property from damage during construction.
- Maintain proficiency in independently diagnosing and repairing roofing issues without the need for a crew.
- Provide immediate, on-the-spot problem-solving for any unexpected issues that arise.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for callbacks or repairs outside of regular working hours.
- Be available to address and correct issues at any time, whether it's 10 PM on a weeknight or 8 AM on a Sunday morning.
