About The Position

Allstate Exteriors is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish. This role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead teams, solve problems, and create positive customer experiences. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of $20-$25/hr plus benefits.

Requirements

2+ years of construction, roofing, or exterior project management experience preferred
Strong leadership and crew coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable using CRM systems and project management software
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage roofing and exterior projects through completion
Coordinate with crews before job start to review project scope and expectations
Verify materials, deliveries, and proper job site setup
Ensure dumpsters, yard signs, and safety protections are in place
Oversee job site safety, including AC protection, landscaping protection, gutter ladder protection, and proper equipment use (e.g., Catch-All roofing systems)
Conduct on-site meetings with crews to review scope and safety procedures
Manage change orders, including signatures, documentation uploads, and department communication
Track and document returned extra materials
Maintain quality control throughout the entire build process
Meet with homeowners before projects begin
Conduct final walkthroughs and collect signed completion forms
Collect payments when applicable
