About The Position

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in roofing or construction to help elevate the roofing and exteriors industry. This role leads projects from first inspection through final completion while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Requirements

  • Experience in the construction or roofing industry is required
  • Sales aptitude
  • Negotiation skills
  • Insurance claim familiarity
  • Time management
  • Proficiency with Gmail and Google calendar
  • Strong project management or field experience (roofing or construction)
  • Clear & consistent communication and follow-through
  • Self-motivated, organized, and calm under pressure
  • A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to drive commercial fleet vehicles. Which requires a valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or roofing.
  • Proficiency with CRM or project management software (JobNimbus experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and referrals
  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact from inspection to project completion
  • Perform property inspections, assess damage, and guide clients through insurance or retail processes
  • Assist with insurance claim documentation
  • Prepare estimates and proposals
  • Monitor project profitability
  • Manage documentation using JobNimbus, SumoQuote, Company Cam, Hover, and more
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality builds
  • Oversee project scheduling, materials, permits, and crew communication
  • Maintain subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure clear, professional communication with homeowners throughout the process
  • Conduct quality control walkthroughs and support warranty and invoicing closeout
