The role involves working as part of a skilled crew on residential shingle roofing projects in the Melville, NY area, including tear-offs, installations, and repairs. Responsibilities include showing up on time, following and enforcing safety protocols, mentoring less-experienced crew members, and delivering quality results.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on residential shingle roofing experience required.
Strong knowledge of roofing safety practices, PPE, and fall protection.
Ability to read and follow work-related documents and instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday–Saturday.
A team player who takes quality and safety seriously.
Must be able to perform physically demanding work - heavy lifting, extended time on rooftops, and outdoor conditions year-round.
