About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Salina, Kansas, to complete residential property inspections. This 1099 independent-contractor role is not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The work involves traveling to properties for accepted exterior inspections and occasional interior underwriting inspections, briefly explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Payment is per completed inspection, issued monthly. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. Estimated workload is 1.5 working days per week or 6 days per month.

Requirements
