Residential Property Inspector - Safford, AZ
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Safford, Arizona, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data using a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Fees are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Work is estimated at one working day per week or four days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, according to customer expectations; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
