Residential Property Inspector - East Los Angeles, CA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in East Los Angeles, California, to perform residential property underwriting inspections. The role involves traveling to properties to conduct exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, taking app-guided photos, and answering property questions through a mobile web application. Inspectors use a camera pole to capture roof photos and schedule appointments in advance for interior or high-value inspections. The work is paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The estimated workload is 1–2 working days per week, or 6 days per month, with a work window from 8 a.m. to sunset, Monday through Saturday. Contractors set their own hours and routes and may use their own associates if they have them.
