Residential Property Inspector - New Castle, PA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in New Castle, Pennsylvania, to complete residential property inspections. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections that the contractor has accepted. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, set their own hours and routes, may work with other clients, and may use their own associates. Payment is per completed inspection, paid monthly. The role is estimated to take about half a working day per week, or three days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, subject to customer expectations; contractors decide which days to work and how many jobs to accept. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Responsibilities

- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection.
- Capture required photos and data using the mobile web application.
- Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
- Schedule appointments for interior and high-value inspections.
- Deliver accurate, timely, professional service and communicate clearly.
