About The Position

The Residential Program Manager oversees group home training, supervision, and scheduling for Certified Support Providers (CSPs), helping maintain a positive and compliant environment. The role guides the team and ensures adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines covering client services, record maintenance, and quality assurance. Through regular meetings and mentorship, the manager supports CSPs with staff placement, clerical work, and documentation, keeping client training and records current and accurate. This leadership contributes to the quality and consistency of care provided to clients.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health, or a combination of education and experience.
• Satisfactory employment history.
• Pass a state criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities
