About The Position

Mosaic is seeking a dedicated leader for its Intermediate Care facilities on the Beatrice campus. This role involves directing and supervising the operations of intermediate residential and/or day service programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and budget constraints. The position blends daily operational and clinical needs with strategic program growth, overseeing human resources, financial management, and staff development in collaboration with management and clinical teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years in a related field with required supervisory or management experience.
Active CPR, First Aid, and Medication Aide (40-hr) certifications are required.
Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities and licensing guidelines.
Sharp financial/business acumen.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to drive.
Ability to use a variety of software programs.
Ability to adapt to changing demands.
Ability to handle frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently.
Ability to push/pull up to 40 lbs of force.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred.
QIDP certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise the operations of intermediate residential and/or day service programs.
Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Manage programs within the assigned budget.
Oversee overall agency operations, including human resources, financial management, and staff development.
Hire, train, coach, and develop staff to maximize employee engagement.
Maintain continuous licensing readiness.
Ensure personalized, high-quality habilitative services.
Manage the on-call emergency response team.
Ensure all environments and company vehicles remain safe and sanitary.
Manage program budgets, monitor revenue/expenses, and oversee accounts for those served.
