About The Position

Now Hiring: Residential Program Manager – IDD / Human Services. This is a Full-Time position requiring direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and prior leadership experience in a human services setting. The role involves overseeing operations of 4-6 residential homes, supervising and coaching a team of 30-40 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), promoting a positive team culture, ensuring quality person-centered care, and communicating with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members. The position also includes monitoring documentation, compliance, and program performance.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • 1+ year of direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
  • 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in an IDD or human services setting
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years with a good driving record (not including permit time)
  • Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass a reading and math assessment and meet all pre-employment requirements, including a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

  • Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing staff
