The mission of the Program Director is “Helping Children & Families to be Victors.” This role is responsible for ensuring all Program clients receive appropriate treatment, clinical case management, healthcare, and educational and recreational services. The Director must apply knowledge of WHS programs and services, including applicable licensing regulations and collaborative entities, and ensure program compliance with licensing, contract requirements, and applicable laws and policies. All interactions with clients and staff must be safe, healthy, dignified, and not intrusive, enforcing appropriate confidentiality and privacy. The role also involves auditing client schedules and case management, overseeing the maintenance, use, and security of all cameras, logs, files, and records, and providing coverage for assigned staff shifts and responsibilities. Additionally, the Director will maintain and monitor timecards and leave requests, conduct team meetings, coordinate with the Staff Development Team for training, and participate in all required training. The position functions as a mandated reporter and requires attendance at all required meetings. Other duties may be assigned.
