About The Position

The Residential Program Coordinator coordinates, manages, and monitors all facets of the home, including staff scheduling, home maintenance scheduling, and providing leadership and direction to employees. The position is 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule covering any hours of the day. The residential program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and the coordinator is required to be on call. This is a full-time, benefited position with a full benefit package.

Requirements

• Five years of direct care experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• A standard driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Pass a drug screening and background check.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities
