Since 1976, we have been dedicated to offering person-centered supports to help individuals live as independently as possible. This role involves working directly with people needing assistance, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs, across 15 states. The team is committed to making a real difference one person, one voice, one choice at a time. The Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) / Lead DSP will provide hands-on care, assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, all while fostering independence. They will create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, ensuring comfort and support while helping individuals achieve their personal goals. The role also includes mentoring and guiding individuals through supervision, positive reinforcement, and assistance with staff scheduling, program consistency, individual care, and communication with staff and support team members. Additionally, the coordinator will manage household aspects, coordinating services like individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and general household management.
