About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Plumbing Supervisor to lead the plumbing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality workmanship and safety on every job. The role involves supervising technicians and job-site activities, overseeing plumbing work, managing schedules and materials, and communicating with customers, contractors, and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Plumbing license or certification preferred, as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing technicians and job-site activities.
- Oversee installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing specifications.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Manage scheduling, materials, and job progress.
- Train team members and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and management.
