About The Position

Join the team as a Plumbing Apprentice to gain hands-on experience while working alongside plumbing professionals. The role supports licensed plumbers with residential plumbing work and offers ongoing training in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on integrity and accountability. Apprentices help diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, maintain drains, follow applicable plumbing codes, and communicate professionally with customers.

Requirements

• Hold an Apprentice Plumber License or be willing to obtain one.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Be able to lift 50–75 lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with a tobacco-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems.
• Learn to clear and maintain residential drains.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized work environment.
• Ensure work complies with state and local plumbing codes.
• Educate customers about plumbing issues in a clear, professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a service truck.
