About The Position

Radiant is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice to serve San Antonio homeowners. The apprentice will support experienced plumbers, build plumbing skills, and provide dependable, quality residential service. The role includes assisting with diagnosis and repairs, helping customers understand repair options, documenting work, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Limited on-call work is required for emergencies only.

Requirements

• Current Plumbing Apprentice Card; ideally, at least 1,000 hours logged.
• At least one year of plumbing experience, including required residential service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the past three years.
• Familiarity with the plumbing systems and repairs listed in the job description.
• Ability to use an iPad and learn or work within ServiceTitan.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing five-star customer service.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1,000 logged hours on a Plumbing Apprentice Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
• Help explain repair options to customers and support the sales process.
• Assist with leak detection, water heater repairs and replacements, water filtration, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
• Use an iPad and ServiceTitan to document work and service details.
• Deliver professional, respectful service and help keep work areas clean and organized.
