About The Position

ABiLITY is seeking a Degreed Residential Manager to lead a team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for one residential location, allowing you to build strong relationships with your team and the individuals you support. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field OR equivalent experience (5+ years in human services)
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Oversee day-to-day operations within your assigned residential home
• Ensure health, safety, and quality of care
• Coordinate medical appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records
• Foster a respectful, person-centered environment
