Residential Living Specialist
About The Position
Serve as a facilitator by promoting interactions that educate and support establishing peace in on-campus housing through Residential Living. Primary Responsibilities Serve and collaborate as a member of the Residential Living Council to develop content, materials and events to support Residential Living. Educate students, staff and ecclesiastical members about the Principles of Residential Living. Be both self-directed in independent projects and able to work collaboratively with partners/groups. Positively interact with diverse populations and participate in intentional engagement with student residents. Be sensitive to and respect confidential concerns. Be familiar with and able to refer students, when necessary, to appropriate resources and services. Be professional in appearance and interactions.
Requirements
- Lower Division Courses Completed.
- English Proficient.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite.
Nice To Haves
- At least a two-semester commitment to this position within Student Living.
