About The Position

Delaware County Supply is hiring a Residential Inside Sales Representative at its Boothwyn, Pennsylvania location. The role supports homeowners, contractors, and builders by answering product inquiries and providing expert guidance. The representative drives revenue by identifying sales opportunities, recommending and upselling products, and building lasting customer relationships. The position also involves accurately processing orders, coordinating with internal teams to support timely delivery, staying informed about product offerings, and addressing customer concerns professionally with a solutions-focused approach. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a half-day on a rotating Saturday schedule.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in building materials or construction is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries and orders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
