About The Position

The Residential HVAC Service Technician repairs, maintains, and replaces HVAC equipment for residential customers. The position is full time and includes benefits. The technician provides customer service, completes paperwork, maintains a clean work area, works professionally with colleagues and supervisors, arrives prepared for scheduled jobs, attends company meetings as needed, and follows safety and handbook policies. The role may involve working in confined or elevated spaces and requires availability for on-call and weekend hours.

Requirements

• Possess a Connecticut Journeyman License (S1/S2 or D1/D2).
• Prior residential HVAC service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-call and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems, sometimes in confined or elevated places.
• Provide customer service to customers daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Work with other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude.
• Arrive on time to jobs ready to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Follow safety and handbook policies.
