Requirements
- At least 1 year of HVAC experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EPA 1, 2, or universal preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal inspections to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Install, replace, and commission HVAC equipment, components, and controls according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Inspect electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Test system performance using specialized diagnostic tools and adjust equipment for maximum efficiency.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Explain repair options, maintenance recommendations, and system operation to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of service vehicle parts, tools, and equipment to ensure job readiness.
- Collaborate with team members, dispatchers, and management to coordinate service schedules and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and energy-efficiency enhancements.
- Stay current on HVAC technologies, products, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at customer locations and company facilities.
