Residential HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
Bartlett Heating & Cooling is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who know how to diagnose, communicate, solve problems, and take great care of homeowners. If you're confident in your skills, competitive about your results, and still hungry to get better, let's talk. Bartlett offers a $90K–$200K+ earning potential with weekly pay, bonuses, and spiffs. Technicians are provided with a company truck and gas card, and can dispatch from home. Smaller service zones mean less windshield time. Requirements
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience in single-family homes
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license + acceptable driving record
- Able to pass pre-employment screening
- Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces & Georgia weather
- Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta
