Fire & Ice Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Selling Technician who enjoys working with customers and wants to increase their earning potential. This role involves helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions by working with warm, qualified leads. It is ideal for technicians with strong HVAC knowledge who enjoy building relationships and want to leverage their expertise in a consultative sales environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• Conduct in-home system evaluations and present replacement options
• Educate customers on equipment, indoor air quality products, and financing options
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Build customer trust through consultative selling and exceptional service
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Generate referrals and additional sales opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training
