This is a lead-based sales position with competitive base salary and commission. First-year potential earnings could exceed $150,000+.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous sales experience in a similar setting preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, home, and/or energy industries preferred
Clean driving record with valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of energy efficiency principles, building science, or insulation products preferred
Proven experience in sales, energy consulting, or related field preferred
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

In-home consultation, follow-up, and sale of Residential HVAC equipment and services
Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for Residential HVAC division
Regularly develop sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Responsible for scheduling jobs, design and job orders
Communicate scope of work with Residential Install and/or Service teams
Ensure great client service from order to delivery and beyond
