About The Position
Lays out, assembles, installs all areas of residential HVAC installations including any ductwork, setting, and starting up split and package systems. Gas piping, venting and electrical as well.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of field experience.
- Knowledge of required duct sizing for supply and returns for 1.5 to 5-ton units.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.

- EPA certified to handle refrigerant
Responsibilities
- Train team members in the trade and the Lee Company way.
- Diagnose electrical and refrigeration issues and fix them on startup.
- Design and install any ductwork layout, including square duct or odd transitions.
- Install all systems including zoned, dual fuel, geothermal, magic packs, gas or heat pump, and any accessories.
- Pull and install standard electrical wire circuits for above.
- Brazing all sizes of copper.
- Metal fabrication.
