About The Position

The Residential HVAC Installation Helper will assist HVAC Installation and/or Service Technicians with installations, maintenance, and service, including any ductwork, setting, and starting up split and package systems, gas piping, venting and electrical as required.

Requirements

• Able to braze copper
• Able to learn how to connect ductwork to indoor units (S/R Plenums)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of field experience
• High school diploma or GED
• EPA certified to handle refrigerant

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installation and/or Service Technicians with installations, maintenance, and service.
• Perform ductwork installation.
• Set and start up split and package systems.
• Handle gas piping, venting, and electrical work as required.
