Requirements

4+ years of HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
Sheet metal fabrication experience
EPA Certification
Journeyman licensing or advanced HVAC certifications

Responsibilities

Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
Ensure every installation meets Bonfe's high standards for workmanship and safety
Perform final quality inspections and system testing
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Document work and job details using ServiceTitan
Collaborate with dispatch, service technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions
Stay current on industry technology, products, and best practices
