About The Position

McMaster Heating & Air in Irvine, CA is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team serving all of Orange County. As our HVAC Installation Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25–$30 per hour. We also offer our team excellent benefits and perks. This is a full-time position working 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, reporting to a central location before traveling to job sites. In this role, you'll report to our central location before heading out to complete high-quality HVAC installations throughout Orange County. You'll work hands-on with equipment, communicate with customers, collaborate with your team, and ensure every installation reflects McMaster's trusted standards. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Clean, professional appearance
• Possess HVAC tools
• Resides in Orange County
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• NATE certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
