About The Position

Arc of Onondaga is actively seeking knowledgeable and experienced candidates to join our team of dedicated Residence Managers. Within this role, you would primarily be responsible for the planning, supervising, and coordinating support services that are required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Those in this position are passionate about supporting others and making a difference in people's lives.

Requirements

• Valid NYS driver's license
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfies the above preferred job qualifications is acceptable

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• Related experience in residential programs and supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals
• Planning staff coverage
• Collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled
• Assisting with the coordination of services
• Planning and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities
