Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus two to four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities
• Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities
• A valid NYS driver's license
• A driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Hiring, training and supervision of Residence Managers
• Overseeing operating budgets in respect to staffing utilization for Arc residential facilities
• Ensuring safety compliance for residents residing within the residential settings and the Direct Support Professionals who work there
