Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus two to four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.
• Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities.
• A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and the hiring, training and supervision of Residence Managers.
• Overseeing operating budgets in respect to staffing utilization for Arc residential facilities.
• Ensuring safety compliance for residents residing within the residential settings and the Direct Support Professionals who work there.
