About The Position

Heartland Home Service is seeking a skilled Residential Heating & Cooling HVAC Service Technician. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a commitment to producing neat, clean, and tidy work. This role requires efficiency, organization, and a positive, energetic attitude. The technician must be able to work in various weather conditions, including Michigan's cold and heat, and be capable of climbing in and out of box trucks and lifting over 75lbs. Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years residential HVAC experience
• Skills in customer service and communication
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to produce neat, clean, and tidy work
• Ability to be quick, efficient, and organized
• Ability to climb in and out of box trucks
• Ability to lift over 75lbs
• Ability to work in Michigan cold and heat
• Willingness to travel to other areas from time to time
• Ability to pass the state of Michigan and national background and drug test
• Clean driving record
• Current driver's license
