About The Position

Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential electrical systems while providing homeowners with an outstanding customer experience. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer trust, and compliance with applicable safety standards and electrical codes. Electricians receive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle and fuel card with dispatch from home, and provided tools. Requirements

At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of residential electrical systems and applicable codes.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman Electrician license.
Experience with ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
Install, replace, and upgrade wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, panels, and related electrical components.
Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations.
Recommend electrical upgrades, surge protection, panel replacements, generators, and other solutions when appropriate.
Use ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and electrical codes.
