The electrician is expected to take ownership of assigned jobs, work independently, and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

At least 6 years of residential electrical experience.
Journeyman electrician license (limited residential or general journeyman).
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical code requirements.
Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Professional attitude and good communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions.
Commitment to quality workmanship, job-site safety, and customer satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical installations, remodels, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Install and service electrical panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, and other electrical components.
Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
Ensure work meets applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management.
Take ownership of assigned jobs and complete work efficiently and correctly.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
