About The Position

Con App Inc. is hiring experienced Residential New Construction Drywall Finishers for its production team. The position is based in Manassas, Virginia, and projects are located throughout Northern Virginia, the DMV region, the West Virginia Panhandle, Baltimore-area Maryland, and South Central Pennsylvania. The role offers full-time work, a guaranteed five-day workweek with 40 or more hours, regular overtime opportunities, and weekly pay. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and skill.

The finisher tapes, coats, finishes, and sands drywall in residential new construction, including joints, corners, fasteners, beads, and trims. The role requires sanding one's own work, maintaining quality and productivity standards, correcting imperfections, completing punch and touch-up work, keeping work areas clean, and following jobsite safety requirements. Finishers may work independently or with a crew and must safely operate drywall finishing tools and equipment. A company take-home vehicle, fuel and maintenance cards, paid travel between assigned jobsites, and tools and equipment as needed are provided. Requirements

• Previous residential drywall finishing experience.
• Ability to tape, finish, and sand drywall.
• Ability to safely work on drywall stilts.
• Strong attention to quality, productivity, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and communication.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Spanish is preferred.
• Automatic finishing tool experience is a plus but not required.
