About The Position

Con App Inc. is hiring experienced Residential New Construction Drywall Finishers to join its production team. The role involves finishing drywall in residential new construction projects across Northern Virginia, the DMV region, the West Virginia Panhandle, Baltimore-area Maryland, and South Central Pennsylvania. Work is based in Monrovia, Maryland, with required travel between assigned jobsites during the workday; that travel is paid. A company-provided take-home vehicle, fuel card, and maintenance card are provided. The position offers $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience and skill, a guaranteed five-day workweek with 40 or more hours, regular overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Previous residential drywall finishing experience.
• Ability to tape, finish, and sand drywall.
• Ability to safely work on drywall stilts.
• Strong attention to quality, productivity, and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and communication.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in English and/or Spanish is preferred.
• Automatic finishing tool experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Tape, coat, finish, and sand drywall in residential new construction.
• Finish joints, corners, fasteners, beads, and trims.
• Identify and correct imperfections and perform punch and touch-up work.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Keep work areas clean and follow jobsite safety requirements.
• Work independently or as part of a finishing crew.
• Safely operate drywall finishing tools and equipment.
• Sand one's own work.
