About The Position
Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, provides a safe and supportive home for adults living with serious mental illness. We are seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team as PRN Residential Direct Care Staff. This role involves supporting residents with daily routines, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Sanctuary House is a nonprofit community hub dedicated to promoting mental health recovery through connection, growth, and purpose. We operate as a dynamic day program where members and staff collaborate as equals, fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Reliable and compassionate individuals
- Valid NC driver’s license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 shifts per month required
