Join Our Team and Make a Difference Hillcrest House – Residential Staff Opportunities At Hillcrest House (a program of Sanctuary House), we provide a safe, supportive home for adults living with serious mental illness—and we’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our team.
Requirements
- Reliable and compassionate individuals
- Valid NC driver’s license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 shifts per month required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in mental health, caregiving, or group home settings
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills
- Build positive, supportive relationships
