About The Position

At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Must be available to work overnight during the week.
• A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience working in a group home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support to adults living with serious mental illness.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Work independently while being a supportive team member.
