About The Position

Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join their residential team. The role involves providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. This is a part-time position with weekday overnight sleep shifts (10 PM – 8 AM, Monday - Thursday) and every other Sunday overnight sleep shifts (10 PM – 8 AM). The compensation structure includes an hourly rate for the first hour and a flat rate for the remaining sleep shift hours.

Requirements

• Availability to work overnight during the week.
• A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
