About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee active construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion.

Requirements

5+ years of residential construction project management experience
Experience managing remodeling, renovation, or home addition projects
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 Certification
Construction Management degree or related education
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Manage residential remodeling, renovation, and addition projects from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries
Develop and maintain project schedules
Track project budgets and assist with change order management
Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Maintain project documentation, daily logs, photos, and reports
Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members
Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays
Ensure job sites remain organized, professional, and compliant with company standards
Collaborate with design, estimating, and administrative staff throughout project execution
