About The Position

This is a field-based, people-facing role focused on speaking with homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team. You'll work in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our window and door services, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home consultations for interested customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, likes being active instead of sitting at a desk, is motivated by goals and performance-based earnings, and wants a clear path into sales or leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
  • Speak with homeowners about window and door improvement projects
  • Schedule qualified in-home appointments for the sales team
  • Track appointments and daily activity using a tablet/iPad
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in the community
