About The Position

This position is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible. The role involves developing and fostering ongoing positive working relationships with customers, leading, assisting, and motivating employees to meet and exceed sales goals, and maintaining professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees. The associate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding personal sales goals on a monthly basis, submitting all paperwork completely and accurately, and accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads. Ensuring the workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times is also a key responsibility.

Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings and weekends
