Field Canvassing Team Lead
About The Position
All-Weather Seal is expanding its field marketing team and looking for driven individuals to develop into Canvassing Team Leads. This role offers a growth opportunity where you will start by learning the role hands-on, then quickly transition into leading a team and driving results. The position involves engaging homeowners in the field, generating qualified leads by introducing services such as windows, bath/shower remodeling, and metal roofing. As a Team Lead, you will lead and motivate a small canvassing team, set the tone for energy, work ethic, and performance, help train and coach new team members, track team performance, and lead by example in the field.
Requirements
- Full-time availability required

- Previous canvassing, sales, retail, or team leadership experience is a plus (not required)
